The IBM Client Experience Centers are tangible immersive spaces, and like everyone else, the global pandemic challenged the current operating model. I focused on creating new ways to share their experiences. Combining story-driven experiences with web-socket technology, I was able to create a platform that allowed IBM experts to remote lead client presentations independent of video call technology.
