Interacting with the ether
IBM Cloud Pak for Data is the underlying technology platform that powers the IBM Cloud. Cloud technology is straightforward, but to help visitors understand the value of an integrated platform, I needed to demonstrate the entirety of the system. Using technical diagrams as a storytelling device, I was able to create an experience that was not overwhelming but proves the power of IBM’s tech.
This project was a departure from prior work as it was telling a pure product story — we need to demonstrate both the challenge and resolution quickly to demo the platform.
To align with business objectives and sales priorities, I challenged the traditional technical sales pitch choosing to lead with one from an end-user perspective. I framed the entire experience through the lens of AI for customer care and how that system works on Cloud Pak.
